Cancellations
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: Full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% refund. No-shows: No refund.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If your event is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, we will offer a full reschedule or full refund.
Equipment Issues
If equipment fails to function properly and we cannot provide a replacement, you will receive a full refund for the affected item.
